Los Angeles-based Champion Real Estate Company (“Champion”) was founded in 1987 by veteran investor/developer and CEO Bob Champion, and is the main operating business within the Champion family office. The company specializes in value-add investment and development in “A” locations in urban infill areas.
To date, Champion has completed projects valued in excess of $2 billion consisting of over 3.0m square feet. Since 1995, Champion has achieved an average annual yield on investor equity in excess of 20% on its projects. Champion invests on its own account and in partnership with high net worth individuals and institutions with a bias for long-term investment holds to enjoy above-market cash yields from its investment activity.

Our role:
For Champion, our main focus has been to take command of various web assets (individual websites) for their university and college student housing properties, as well as their home website. As many of these assets were managed by independent web developers, web host providers, on old or out-of-date platforms — we’ve had to migrate all of these sites under one managed host and provide robust and secure websites, built to Champions specifications and needs. Purpose-building powerful workhorse websites, matched with data-centric digital marketing informed by bleeding edge proprietary search data analytics software, wielded by seasoned, experienced industry veterans. Sorry for the run on sentence, but ya—all that good stuff.
SEO, Marketing and Beyond
Along with getting each asset up to current, we’ve coded and maintain SEO across all the Champion websites we manage, achieving first-page search results in very competitive (shark infested) markets, in this case university and college student housing. Laying foundations for PPC campaigns, Google ads, Google Location Services and other digital marketing, working in tandem with Champion’s in-house marketing people & trusted partners.
In most cases, we handle all content updates and other customer facing messaging. We work hand-in-hand with Champion’s contracted partners — for example, working with property management companies that maintain the physical properties and the location marketing. Utilizing top-shelf security so tenants can pay rent through portals on each website with confidence. We employ best practices, advanced techniques, and industry standards to develop SEO strategies that work, helping Champion Real Estate Company stand out online with effective SEO solutions.
Essentially, we handle everything — responding quickly to client needs in real time—we don’t outsource anything overseas or outside the country. We’re here—on both coasts—and we’re on it when you need it.
